Products and Services
At Windmill Photography we offer a variety services to meet our client's needs. From the list below you can choose which service you would like and even combine a few for a very attractive portrait set. We can discuss different settings to help you as the client select a studio session, home session, or outdoor location for the portrait and which one would work best for you to visualize the final product, a treasured portrait. For an example, for a portrait session, at your home or ranch we provide detailed instructions to help you as the owner, different objects or wardrobe to achieve that “look of kings” for your portrait or what place, be it inside or outside. The following lists are examples of the services we provide and the resulting product.
· Formal Studio Portrait:
The studio is free from distraction, and a place where your pet can be posed against a lit backdrop to enhance the beauty of the image. We have a variety of props and backdrops that we can use create a stage setting that will accentuate your pet’s best features. There is a standard charge for the portrait session which we refer to as the sitting fee. We will provide you with a total of 20 digital proofs within seven (7) business days of the photo session. You will have two (2) weeks’ time to view the images and the available portrait packages before making a final selection.
· Location Portrait Session:
This is an excellent deal for our large animal, such as a horse, cattle, outdoor pets. Our staff will travel to the location prior to the portrait session and help the client select an area that is best suited for the photography session. We will discuss staging, props and wardrobe and how many animals that are to be included in the session. For large animals such as a horse. There will be a 2 animal per session, an additional fee will be added for additional animals. Windmill Photography charges $25 for each travel session up to a 35-mile radius, anything over 35 miles is an additional .85 cents per mile, NO ACCEPTIONS – We will discount $ 20 if you buy a portrait package. If the location selected for the photo session is in a public park, the owner, is legally responsible for the behavior of their animal. There are an additional of two on-location photo session fees to cover the cost of equipment must be transported, staged, and then broken down as well as an additional assistant to care/help with managing lighting and enhancing equipment throughout the session. We will provide you with a total of 30 digital proofs within seven (7) business days of the photo session. You will have two (2) weeks’ time to view the images and the available portrait packages before making a final selection.
· Holiday Photographs:
Windmill Photography will offer some amazing portrait photos for ranch home or studio. We also will arrange some settings at a local pet store. We offer on this package 15 prints of varying sizes or a digital package of 25 shots on a flash drive. The fee for these candid photos will be dependent on the package you chose but the added bonus is we will not ask for a travel fee if less than a 15 mile radius. In order to have your prints before the holiday you must book 15 days beforehand, after that we will not be able to guarantee delivery before the holiday. To further add, you will only have 5 days to view and choose a portrait session.
· Additional Services:
Windmill Photography is aware that a portrait of your animal is an investment as well as a deeply cherished memory. We use VistaPrint for all our printing services and we provide you with a link to your prints so that you can choose additional services from them, such as calendars, coffee mugs or different prints other that the traditional matte or high gloss finishes. *Note – This is a limited time offer per photography session of the prints bought and you will be charged an additional fee for their services.

We offer the following packaging as a standard. We can do customized orders, but additional fees will apply. You have a choice of matted or high gloss on every package
